  • Out-of-City Deliveries (within Pakistan): Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.


2. Shipping Exceptions & Liability

The Herbal Online is not responsible for delays or issues caused by:

  • Government holidays or local events

  • Protests, strikes, or other public disruptions

  • Courier company delays (e.g., TCS or any other shipping provider)

  • Any other events outside of The Herbal Online’s control

However, we are committed to supporting our customers and will make every effort to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.


3. Shipping Tracking

  • Tracking numbers are provided on demand only.

  • Customers may request their tracking ID by contacting us via email.

  • Not every order will have an automatically generated tracking number; it is provided when requested.

To ensure smooth delivery, customers must:

  • Be available to receive the order at the delivery address

  • Check the parcel at the time of delivery
