1. Strict No Refund Policy

At The Herbal Online, we operate under a strict No Refund Policy.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with results

  • Personal dislike of product

  • Courier delays

  • Incorrect expectations

By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept this No Refund Policy.


2. Replacement Policy (Limited Cases Only)

We only offer replacement in the following cases:

  • The product was delivered damaged

  • The wrong product was delivered

No other claims will be entertained.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 5 working days of delivery.

  • The customer must email us with:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the product

    • Clear photos of original packaging

    • Proof of damage or wrong item

    • Unboxing video (strongly recommended)

Failure to provide proper evidence may result in rejection of the claim.


3. No Returns on Opened or Used Products

Due to hygiene, safety, and health standards, we do not accept returns or replacements for:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Partially consumed items

  • Products with broken or removed seals

This applies strictly to all consumable and topical herbal products.


4. Herbal & Product Disclaimer

The Herbal Online sells herbal and natural products. Some products are 100% herbal, while others may contain permitted natural salts or additives.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that:

  • Results may vary from person to person.

  • We do not guarantee specific medical or physical outcomes.

  • Individual body type, health condition, lifestyle, and usage method may affect results.

If results vary or you are not satisfied, you must contact us via email. Our team may guide you or recommend a more suitable product. However, variation in results does not qualify for refund or replacement.


5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping details

  • Checking parcel condition at delivery

  • Recording an unboxing video for claim safety

We are not responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions

  • Misuse of products

  • Failure to follow usage instructions

  • Self-diagnosis or self-medication

  • Personal expectations not being met

Customers are advised to consult a healthcare professional before using any consumable herbal product.


6. Payment Methods

We offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

All confirmed and processed orders are considered final.
