  • By placing an order, you confirm that you accept these terms.

  • The website and services are intended for customers located in Pakistan only. Orders from outside Pakistan may not be processed.

2. Eligibility

  • Customers must be at least 18 years old.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

  • Products must be kept out of reach of children.

3. Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by The Herbal Online.

  • Once an order is confirmed, it is considered final and binding.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or policy abuse.

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information for order fulfillment.

4. Payment

  • Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD) or Online Payments.

  • All online payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers.

  • Payment confirmation is required before processing orders for online payments.

  • Orders are considered final once payment is confirmed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or other factors.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. No Refund & Replacement Policy

  • All sales are final. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

  • Replacement is available only in case of:

    • Damaged products upon delivery

    • Wrong products delivered

  • Claims must be reported via email within 5 working days of delivery.

  • Customers must provide:

    • Order number

    • Photos of product and packaging

    • Unboxing video (if available)

  • Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the replacement request.

7. Product Disclaimer

  • Products sold on The Herbal Online are herbal and natural.

  • Some products are 100% herbal, others may contain permitted natural additives.

  • Results may vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific medical or physical outcomes.

  • Customers are advised to consult a healthcare professional before using consumable herbal products.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate personal and shipping information

  • Check parcels at delivery and report issues immediately

  • Keep products out of reach of children

  • Use products according to provided instructions

The Herbal Online is not liable for:

  • Personal expectations not being met
